Zu diesem Zeitpunkt gehörte der Eulenturm zum Gelände der Kohlehandlung, die wenig später abgerissen wurde. [[2012]] wurde die Fassade des Turms saniert, dabei wurden die Verfugungen erneuert und loses Material entfernt.<br /> <br /> == Beschaffenheit ==<br /> Bis zur Traufkante weist der Turm eine Höhe von 13,5 m auf, bis zur Dachspitze sind es 16,5 m. Der Gesamtdurchmesser beträgt 6,5 m. Durch die starken Wände hat der Turm innen nur einen Durchmesser von etwa 4 bis 4,5 m. Das Gemäuer verfügt weder über einen Wasser- noch über einen Stromanschluss.
