Die Saison der Oberliga Niedersachsen 2013/14 beginnt am 7. September 2013<!-- und dauerte bis zum 1. Juni 2013-->. Teilnehmender Verein aus dem Landkreis Helmstedt ist der [[MTV Warberg]].
Die Saison der Oberliga Niedersachsen 2013/14 begann am 7. September 2013 und dauerte bis zum 17. Mai 2014. Teilnehmende Vereine aus dem Landkreis Helmstedt waren zunächst der [[MTV Warberg]] und die [[Handballfreunde Helmstedt-Büddenstedt]]. Am 8. Juli 2013 meldete der MTV Warberg jedoch völlig überraschend seine Mannschaft wegen Personalmangels von der Handball-Oberliga ab und stand damit als erster Absteiger der Saison fest.
